2. Description of Service

Genz Digital provides AI-powered video generation tools and software products, including but not limited to KidLab, MovieLab, iCloneLab, and related services. We also operate an affiliate marketing program that allows users to earn commissions by referring customers.

3. User Accounts

3.1 Account Creation

To use certain features of our Service, you must register for an account. You agree to:

  • Provide accurate, current, and complete information
  • Maintain and promptly update your account information
  • Maintain the security of your password and account
  • Accept responsibility for all activities under your account
  • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use

3.2 Account Eligibility

4. Product Purchases

4.1 Pricing

All prices are displayed in USD and are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to modify prices at any time, but price changes will not affect orders already placed.

4.2 Payment

Payment must be made at the time of purchase through our accepted payment methods. By providing payment information, you represent that you are authorized to use the payment method.

4.3 Refund Policy

Due to the digital nature of our products, all sales are final. Refunds may be considered on a case-by-case basis for technical issues that cannot be resolved. Please contact our support team for assistance.

4.4 License

Upon purchase, you receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the purchased product according to its intended purpose. You may not redistribute, resell, or share your license with others.

5. Affiliate Program

5.1 Participation

All registered users automatically receive an affiliate code and can participate in our affiliate program. By participating, you agree to comply with all affiliate program terms and guidelines.

5.2 Commission Structure

5.3 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited:

  • Self-referrals or creating fake accounts
  • Spam or unsolicited email marketing
  • Using trademarked terms in paid advertising
  • Creating fake reviews or testimonials
  • Any fraudulent or deceptive practices
  • Violating any applicable laws or regulations

5.4 Commission Payments

Commissions are paid monthly, subject to a minimum payout threshold. We reserve the right to withhold payments for accounts under investigation or in violation of these Terms.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any illegal purpose or in violation of any laws
  • Transmit any viruses, malware, or harmful code
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
  • Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers
  • Copy, modify, or create derivative works of our products
  • Reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code
  • Use automated systems to access the Service without permission
  • Impersonate any person or entity

7. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of the Service, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, and software, are owned by Genz Digital and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any content from our Service without our express written permission.

8. User Content

If you submit, post, or display content on our Service, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, and distribute such content for the purpose of operating and promoting the Service.

We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free, or that defects will be corrected. We do not warrant or make any representations regarding the use or results of the Service.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL GENZ DIGITAL, ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, OR AGENTS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Genz Digital and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including reasonable attorneys' fees, arising out of or in any way connected with your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

12. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service immediately, without prior notice, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately.

You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us or using the account deletion feature in your profile settings.

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Genz Digital operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

14. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
